Shri Raghunadhan AV is an Engineering Graduate from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.  He is presently working as Executive Director (New Business) at Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IndianOil). He is presently heading the New Business Group which is involved in overseas international business endeavours, product exports, and new initiatives in emerging energy verticals. He has been working with IndianOil since 1993 and has rich and versatile experience of over three decades, spanning logistics, polymer marketing, technical services, projects and strategy. During his versatile career at IndianOil, Shri Raghunadhan has played a pivotal role in developing Petrochemical Perspective Plan for the country.

Shri Raghunadhan has demonstrated expertise in managing complex polymer marketing functions and delivering results. He is known for insight and leadership in strategy, marketing, and mergers & acquisitions (M&A).
