The company has zero tolerance approach towards any form of corruption.
In line with Central Vigilance Commission guidelines, Complaint Handling System is in place for employees / contractors / vendors of the company so that they can lodge their grievance or provide information.
Complaint
Receipt of information about corruption, malpractice, or misconduct from whatever source, would be termed as a complaint.
Lodging a Complaint
Complaints can be lodged by addressing the letter directly to the MD or Head of Vigilance at the address indicated in the notice boards displayed in the units and offices, giving specific facts of the matter. Necessary action will be taken on such information received.
