CAUTION NOTICE
It has come to the notice that some unscrupulous persons posing themselves as employees / representatives / agents of Hindustan Urvarak & Rasayan Limited (HURL) with ulterior motive to earn wrongful gain and/or cheat the public are fraudulently confirming dealership opportunity with HURL through telephone calls or fake letters and are asking them to deposit some amount in certain bank account/Cash. These people are also unauthorisedly using the name, address, domain name and logo of HURL with a view to tarnish the image and reputation of HURL.
Through this notice, General Public is cautioned that HURL is promoted by a joint venture of IOCL, NTPC, CIL, FCIL and HFCL Central Public Sector Enterprise, under the administrative control of Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers and have neither appointed nor authorized any person to confirm dealership on its behalf or use its name, trademark, and logo/website address.
The public in general are advised not to fall prey to such fraudulent activities. For appointment of dealers, HURL follows a laid down procedure which, inter alia, includes advertisement in newspapers, which is also uploaded on official website of the Company www.hurl.net.in -----> Marketing-----> Dealers Corner
Anyone dealing with such fake calls would be doing so at his/ her own risk and HURL shall not be responsible for any loss or damage suffered by such persons, directly or indirectly. The company strongly advise that the potential applicants seeking dealership of HURL should not respond to such fraudulent solicitations.
