Policy Snapshot:

  • Reimbursement of relocation expenses on joining HURL: To take care of expenses incurred by a candidate (excluding freshers/trainees) at the time of initial joining, HURL provides reimbursement of joining expenses to cover expenses incurred on account of packing/unpacking charges, loading/unloading charges, Transportation of goods and out of pocket expenses. The entitlement limit is as per extant policy.

 

  • Reimbursement of travel expenses upon Joining: Reimbursement for travel for self and family is provided by HURL, except for Trainees/freshers who are reimbursed travel expense only for self. The entitlement limit is as per extant policy.

 

  • Reimbursement of relocation expenses for existing HURL employees: HURL provides relocation expenses on transfer to its employees. The entitlement is as per extant policy.

 

  • Group Personal Accident Insurance Policy: HURL covers its employees both executives and non-executives under Group Personal Accident Insurance scheme to cover risk arising out of accidents & resulting in permanent or long-term disability or death. The coverage is as per extant policy.

 

  • Group Mediclaim Policy: HURL provides its employees both executives and non-executives with Group Mediclaim Insurance covering self, spouse, dependent parents and dependent children.

 

  • Leaves at a Glance: Apart from 8 closed holidays and 6 Restricted Holidays. HURL employee is entitled to following types of leaves:
  • Earned Leave
  • Casual Leave
  • Sick Leave
  • Paternity Leave
  • Maternity Leave
  • Disability Leave
  • Compensatory Off
  • Extra Ordinary Leave without Pay
  • Shift Allowance: Employees working in Night Shift at plants are also entitled to night shift allowance as per extant policy.

 

  • Annual Increment & Performance Increment: HURL also provides its employees with handsome annual increment and performance increment.
