In MOP, the available K2O content is 60%. The maximum sodium content (as NaCl) by weight on a dry basis is 3.5%. Additionally, the maximum moisture content by weight is 0.5%.

Dosage & Application (kg per acre):

Top dress based on the RDF of the crop and complex fertilizers applied at basal and top dress. For paddy, cotton, wheat, and maize: 50 kg; for commercial crops like sugarcane: 80-100 kg; and for vegetable crops: 50-80 kg.
